Based in South-West Sheffield, this team is looking for someone to join them in the role of Helpdesk Technician. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills and begin a career in IT. Applicants should be looking to progress their technical support skills, be confident communicators, and love providing great customer service.

Duties will include:

- Taking calls and logging helpdesk tickets

- Progressing technical requests

- Supporting colleagues with a variety of technical tasks, from hardware builds to onsite installations

Permanent, full time position. Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Range from National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage up to £16,000 (dependent on experience)
