An exciting new opportunity for a L&D/Training Delivery Solutions Lead has arisen within a leading support services organisation based in Portsmouth providing the solution development within the bid team for a training services contract within Naval Technical and Tactical training and education.

The Training Delivery Solutions Lead will provide solution development for all aspects of instructional delivery. This is a unique opportunity to transform the RN training through the development of new approaches to learning and the exploration of relevant learning techniques, working with a network of academic and technical suppliers.

* Working closely with key stakeholders, contract managers (SME) and individuals within the bid team

* Design the Training Delivery Solution

* Develop an approach towards SQEP maintenance across all contracted training delivery services

* Identify new approaches and technologies in the delivery of modern learning support solutions

* Support the identification, development and implementation of optimisation and moderisation

* Support the Head of Solution Development in creation of a solution that fully integrates the Training Delivery approach

Qualifications & Requirements

* Strong background in Teaching, Education or Learning & Development - design, planning and support

* Professional level qualification within the training/education sector

* Ability to drive change in curriculum design through a blended learning methodology

* Strong commercial acumen

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to develop and manage training solutions to meet needs.

* Maintains a proactive and enthusiastic approach
