We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role Senior Digital Analyst - Insight Operations.

In this role, you will:

* Be responsible for the Operational Data Support for the DaaC Operating Verticals (Content, Messaging, Operations)

* Independently support stakeholder teams with reporting, analysis and insight at regional level; identify trends, areas of improvement and opportunities; create hypothesis and make recommendations with a view to improving Digital KPI

* Work closely with the Digital Channel Analytics team to enable broader in-depth data analytics as well as offline data analysis

* Make recommendations on customer journey performance and funnel management that drives the activities for the DaaC Operating Verticals

* Own creation of digital performance dashboards in a timely and consistent manner to support DaaC regional verticals

* Conduct analysis across different analytic tools to measure the impact of products/features run by the business

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

* Excellent hands-on digital analytical skills with proven ability to analyse complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses and delivering recommendations.

* Excellent Numerical, Analytical and Presentation skills.

* Excellent Web analytics skills - particularly in the Adobe Analytics suite of products

* Proven knowledge and experience of SQL, BI/MIS (Teradata) platforms and other
