ServiceNow Program/Engagement Manager - Tampa, FL

A ServiceNow partner is looking to bring in an Engagement Manager to fill a need with an enterprise client for a fresh ServiceNow implementation. You will find a work plance environment where communication is key. This will allow you to work within your team to find the very best opportunities for success each day. This partner is growing their ServiceNow practice rapidly due to an abundance of projects. The ability to work with stakeholders and developers to gather requirements and build solutions is the utmost priority. You will be an integral part of the entire implementation process, giving you exposure to many different areas of the platform and the stakeholders involved. This position will provide you exposure to state of the art implementations. It will also create an environment that you will learn in each day and build upon your skills.

Your Role

You will be the lead Engagement and Program Manager for the ServiceNow implementation team on location. You will work with your team to design, develop and implement the proper solutions for their ServiceNow needs. Running meetings, having conversations with key stakeholders and executive, and building a line of communication between technical and functional staff fopr the project are your main focus. A functional view of ServiceNow and the needs of the business are crucial.

Requirements

* 4 year college degree or relevant work experience

* Extensive implementational and team management experience

* A strong functional background within ServiceNow

* Prior experience in stakeholder interaction for large enterprise organizations

* Working with a partner to build out a customized ServiceNow platform

* Experience in requirements gathering and a function understanding of ServiceNow as it pertains to enterprise organizations
