key responsibilities:

The Analyst will be working within a team on a Google Cloud Project, building and scheduling Control-M schedules to run on the google cloud environment.

You will be responsible for:

* Effective day to day management of Control M deployment that provides workload automation scheduling services across multiple environments.

* Design, build, test, and implement changes to support critical projects and improvements.

* Support Customer Management platform outages - Code releases, patches, fail overs and maintenance.

* Responsible for multiple 3rd party interfaces sending/receiving many thousands of files per day.

* Delivery of scheduled outputs within timescales defined by Service Level Agreements.

* Ensuring that internal and regulatory processes, and core values are maintained at all times.

* To update scripts and support documentation to reflect changes in a timely manner to ensure that team knowledge is captured and retained.

* To build effective relationships across IT and other client areas within the business to build a distinct customer focused support function.

Skills:

* Experience of Control M workload automation tool is essential, experience of control-M admin and add-ons such as Application Integrator would be beneficial.

* Unix skills are essential

* Cloud based technologies is preferable but not essential.

* Experience with Google cloud would be advantageous.

* Experience of working in an ITIL framework

* You should be self-motivated and capable of engaging with colleagues, other Infrastructure support teams and key customers and stakeholders.

* A professional, responsible and accountable attitude is essential.

* Outstanding communication skills are also essential to be successful in this role.
