Role: Operational Excellence Lead

Location: Cambridge

Rate: £500 p/d

Duration: 6 Month Contract

As an Operational Excellence Lead / Associate you will apply Operational Excellence tools and techniques to deliver sustainable solutions with associated measurable benefits.

This will include prioritising and managing activities through to benefit realisation and being responsible for ensuring appropriate application of OE/Lean, Project Management and Process Improvement tools.

You will Visibly engage and champion Operational Excellence to ensure understanding, buy-in, and strong sponsorship across all functions. Management of progress and budget against plan, identifying and managing deviations in plan and risk/issue escalations to achieve stated project benefits.

Requirements

*Pharmecutical Experience is essential and Biostatistics with programming experience would be desirable

*In depth knowledge of Operational Excellence / lean best practice (min. green belt)

*Process optimisation and project management experience gained within a global pharmaceutical / drug development context

*Inspirational, engaging leader with well-developed interpersonal, coaching, influencing & communications skills
