A AIS Software Developer is required with experience of Java 1.4, EJB, JDBC, XML, WSDL, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, Struts, WebLogic Application Server, WebLogic Workshop, Oracle and SQL.

Essential Skills and Experience:

*Application stack knowledge - with experience in Java 1.4, EJB, JDBC, XML, WSDL, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, Struts, Weblogic Application Server, Weblogic Workshop, Oracle, SQL

*A proven ability to understand and assess business and operational requirements, architectural goals and constraints

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical delivery matters simply and clearly to non-technical colleagues.

*Experience of working within an Agile squad, being a team players, in a technology based business environment.
