I am currently looking for a Resource/Operations/HR Manager to be responsible for the delivery of efficient and effective resource planning to meet the customer demands of a IT company based in London.

This is a 12 months fixed term contract

£40k per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain effective Resource Planning and Forecasting models to support operation, to ensure maximum operational and commercial efficiencies

* Identify and agree best practice for resource planning, and implement consistent processes

* across all areas of Operations.

* Minimise risk to business performance & reduce operational costs.

* Reduce operation costs whilst attracting & retaining core talent

* Build, develop, coach and lead a high performing team to deliver "best in breed" resources

* Manage, motivate and drive a culture of positive engagement within the engineering team

* Identify skills gaps and provide feedback and recommendations about specific recruitment/training requirements.

* Responsible for the resource and training plan for engineers

* Responsible for recruitment, induction and training for all engineering resources

* Writing job specifications/profiles, monitoring responses and arranging interviews

* Communicate information effectively and in a timely manner to all areas and levels within the

* Business

* Visiting client sites when required

* Sign off all timesheets weekly and ensure the projects are assigned to the correct codes

* HR Admin duties

Skills & Experience:

* Significant experience of resource planning

* Proven competence in leading and developing people performance and capability

* Proven ability to manage and influence key internal customer relationships at a senior level

* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

* Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant area

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills

* Proven ability to deliver results through people

* Agile yet with strong organisational skills and excellent prioritisation capability
