Excellent opportunity for a maintenance manager from a manufacturing background to join an industry leading company offering a highly autonomous and technically challenging role where you can play a key part in the company's development.

Based near Llanelli, this company represent a global brand within manufacturing. They have grown from strength to strength, expanding to have sites across the UK and Ireland. Due to internal progression, they are looking to take on a Maintenance Manager to lead their growing team.

In this role you will manage the maintenance department in one of the largest sites in the UK. A key part of the role will revolve around project management as you focus on implementing multi-million pound improvements.

The ideal candidate will be a multi skilled engineer with experience managing projects, implementing PM Routines and managing an engineering team.

The Role:

*Improving and managing all maintenance aspects of the site

*Project Management of key developments

*Monitoring & adapting PM routines

*Managing budgets

The Person:

*A background as a multi skilled engineer

*Experience working in a manufacturing facility

*Experience in management or supervisor role

*Proven experience managing budgets

*Experience project managing
