Dynamics 365 Account Executive/Inside Sales £25k + OTE

We are working with a fantastic Microsoft Dynamics 365 & ERP Software Solution Provider based near Dudley who are significantly building upon their sales Team and as such are looking to bring on an Account Executive that is ambitious and looking to thrive within ERP Sales. This role will begin with a comprehensive training course in the solutions offered, Sales practices and the competitive landscape.

You will be tasked in generating appointments for the field sales team - with a target of 4 meetings generated per month. To do this you will be given autonomy in how you wish to pursue new business. Keep in mind this is NOT a role which will expect you to make 60-100 calls per day. You will be targeting specific relevant businesses and actively working multiple channels to develop business with the team.

This role is office based, so you will need to be within commuting distance. A base salary of up to £25k is on offer with a good lead generation commission scheme. Fantastic training is provided and the long term aim is to move this candidate into a field sales position. There are standard working hours & dress down Fridays. The great part of this role is really the Sales Director you will be working alongside - they have an impeccable record of training junior reps and have created some Field Sales maestros.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Professional phone demeanour - ideally with phone sales experience

* Knowledge of ERP/SaaS Solutions or Microsoft network advantageous.

* Ambitious with a very strong work ethic and desire to progress.

* Full, clean, UK driving license.
