Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst for an initial 10 month contract on a rate of c.£130-160/day (inside of IR35) based in Edinburgh.
The Role:
Diagnosing and providing resolution to L2 computing problems. These cover services such as email, Office 365, Windows administration, Office 2016 and Outlook along with a range of specialist and bespoke IT services.
Requirements:
* Experience managing and troubleshooting Office 365, especially the email and diary functions.
* Experience managing mailbox permissions, managing shared calendars, email aliases, managing mailing lists, phishing risks.
* Experience troubleshooting Outlook issues.
* Experience with Windows account management.
* Windows desktop admin including file permissions, drive mappings experience.
* Experience troubleshooting software installation and configuration
* Experience troubleshooting Office 365 file storage issues e.g. OneDrive and SharePoint.
* Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting experience.
* Experience with VPN and remote desktop configuration.
* Experience with laptop and desktop configuration and hardware troubleshooting incl wifi issues, disk encryption.
