£25,000 - £35,000 + Full training with progression + Pension

This company have been around for nearly two decades and have firmly established themselves as a market leader within their specialist industry. Manufacturing both components and machinery, they have gone from strength to strength and built up a highly reputable customer base. They are actively looking for a Junior engineer to join this company where you will be fully trained and progressed into a senior position.

Once trained, the successful applicant will be responsible for scheduling work load, setting up machines, dealing with shipping and client orders paperwork, and ultimately organising and leading a team to meet client orders deadlines. Progression is a realised pathway in this position and company, with a view for a 12-month full training period to be undertook and managerial responsibilities being acquired by the applicant throughout their time with the company.

A background in engineering of any capacity would be ideal however applicants shouldn't be put off applying due to a lack of this. Organisational skills and staying motivated are essential, and with full training being offered to the right candidate the successful applicant will be enthusiastic, switched on and eager to learn in a new environment.

THE ROLE:

* Production scheduling and paperwork

* Working to unique client orders to deadlines

* Working with bespoke industry machinery producing laser engraving machines

* £25,000 - £35,000 + Full training with progression + Pension
