An opportunity has arisen to join a leading e-commerce provider based in the Surrey area in a Business Development Management capacity. You'll be working to prospect for new business opportunities whilst also rejuvenating existing customer accounts. You will need a "hunter" approach in order to identify and capitalise on opportunities, whilst also managing a team of Junior Business Development Executives.
What we will need from you:
* A strong track record of target attainment in previous roles
* The willingness to become an industry expert, keeping up to date with the ever changing nature of the market
* The ability to motivate and drive a team of junior sale professionals to attain and even exceed targets
* Previous experience with e-commerce solutions is preferable but not essential.
