Renewals Specialist - Sales Support

Spring Technology is currently looking for a Renewals Specialist. This is a 6 Months Contract based in Birmingham.

Role Background:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the EMEA renewals portfolio. This

will involve creating bespoke renewal documentation for each client, contacting a wide range of clients to deliver the documentation to, confirm detail and answer any queries. Once renewals are confirmed this will then be communicated back to the relevant internal departments. There will also be a need to track all renewals activity and work to key deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Manage an allocated portfolio of maintenance and support renewals across a range

of products and clients.

* Product high quality renewal documentation, e.g. quotes and CPI calculations

* Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities

* Manage the end to end renewals process, from delivering renewal documents to a

client to providing invoicing details back to the company finance team

* Flag any potential terminations or concerns to the relevant account owner

Skills and Experience:

* Ability to manage a time sensitive workload and work to deadlines

* Experience of working with a diverse client portfolio

* Able to work well individually and as part of a wider team

* Attention to detail

* Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills

* Must be computer literate e.g. Excel and Word.

* Experience working positively and productively in a team environment.

* Able to communicated and liaise with people at all levels of an organisation

* Confident and reliable.
