Project/Role Description:

Business Systems Analyst within digital channels development - working with business and technical stakeholders to create functional specifications, UI specifications and integration designs based on business requirements and high level designs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Experience of producing functional analysis and design deliverables - including use cases, user interface specifications, data and interface / service specifications.

* Experience of working with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions.

* Strong communication and team working skills.

* Ability to communicate with technical experts (architects and developers) to ensure alignment of functional designs to solution architecture.

* At least 24 months experience of requirements analysis and process design within an Agile team

* Use Case Modelling

* UI Wireframe Design

* Requirements Elaboration

* Web Services Design using Rational Axure and MS Office

Desirable Skills

* Retail banking industry experience, particularly with digital channels applications

* Visual / user experience design
