My client urgently requires a Migration Project Technical Administrator to come in and work on the customer site in Central London.
Project Information:
> Domain migration as part of a project team with 6 engineers and a project lead.
Role Responsibilities:
> "front of house" support dealing with initial calls, emails, creating outlook appointments between users and engineers.
> Management of team mailbox and calendar
> Stock management
> Prioritising and chasing up engineers and users to ensure tickets and users are up to date on requests.
> Escalate problems where necessary to third parties both internal and external
> Maintain adherence to IT security practices, directives and recommendation as defined by the business (Control and GIS) and industry standards.
> Respond to phone, e-mail and face-to-face incidents reported to the team.
> Ensure new systems are introduced via due process, documented, etc.
Skills required:
> Office 2007/2010
> Be able to work unsupervised and proactively.
