a Salesforce administrator is required to support a multinational gaming company. After a recent Salesforce implementation to their UK business a proven Salesforce administrator is required to support their internal IT function. Working in a dynamic environment you will be responsible for Supporting user requirements, managing and building reports to support the business. Creating accounts, layouts and Dashboards. Communicating with stakeholders about technical issues, problem solving and trouble shooting. Implementing improvements and ensuring all data is accurate and support data management. Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases will be key. You will also be responsible for delivering Salesforce training for new users. You will be working in a team of three Salesforce admins supporting 500-600 users. The project has scope to go on for the next two years with roll out of Salesforce for the rest of Europe scheduled for the early part of next. You will need to have a strong sales/service cloud back ground ideally with Adm201 certification. Due to the length of the project, there is a high chance of contract extension for excellent Salesforce Administrators.
