£40,000-£45,000 + benefits

I am currently working alongside a growing, globally successful Microsoft Gold Partner Technology Consultancy who are looking to on-board an enthusiastic, motivated and talented Client Success Manager/ Customer Success Manager.

This company offer a vibrant, exciting and supportive working environment where you will be supported to progress and develop within the team. You will be working with a team of consultants to help support the companies clients throughout the process of rolling out their new digital workplace and this is a very customer facing role and is perfect for an engaging individual looking to work with very high end and well recognised clients, sure to build an impressive portfolio of customers that you have worked with.

You will be involved in the full process from requirements gathering to supporting the roll out process to ensure adoption, satisfaction and retention and the ideal candidate for this role will have: *An IT project management background

*Experience owning and managing customer relationships

*Experience working with clients to establish key goals and key performance indicators

*Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams to support on-boarding, deployments and upgrades

*Experience with SharePoint and Office 365 desirable

*Prince 2 Certification desirable
