A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an L&D Training Designer to join the UKs leading support service organisation based in Beckton, London.

The organisation provides a range of training and development programmes, using a variety of training mediums for all competency areas.

* Responsible for the design and development of high quality, interactive training interventions

*

* Theory and practical sessions

* E-learning modules

* Webinars/Virtual

* Simulation

* Responsible for maintaining existing course material and providing recommendations based on Design expertise, focussing on the learning journey and user experience

* Design, develop and update course content and training solutions.

* Work with Subject Matter Experts to produce high quality and effective training materials to enhance the learning experience for all learning styles.

* Create aims with measurable objectives that match the course content.

* Advise on training solutions and recommendations for implementation.

* Create and maintain effective working relationships internally and with the client

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven experience of producing effective training materials

* Apply course development methods to training solutions

* Experience with e-learning development

* Computer Literate

* Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

* Excellent communication
