Cloud Infrastructure Engineer- Permanent - Birmingham - Up to £55K

Spring Technology have partnered with a key client in order to find an extraordinary talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.

My client is a global software solutions company who can offer the successful candidate an amazing working environment and exposure to the latest cutting edge technologies.

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will provide expertise in supporting, managing, and

maintaining the IT Infrastructure & cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

*Act as a technical architect and technical delivery resource for projects delivering services within the roles remit.

*Provide technical support of the company Infrastructure

*Deploy/Manage Azure IaaS virtual machines and cloud services.

*Design and configure Azure Virtual Networks and Azure subscriptions

*Administer VMware ESX environments.

Key Skills:

*Managing and maintaining multi-forest, multi domain active directory infrastructure

*VMware 5.5, 6.0 and 6.5 Administration

*MS-Azure Administration

*Project delivery in enterprise environments

*Customer facing skills

*Experience in a 2nd line support role

*Implementing, managing and supporting public and private cloud services in an enterprise environment

An excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their development or has a genuine passion for Microsoft Azure. There will be a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure as they are in the process of a mass migration, experience with this technology is essential.
