The company has seen significant growth year on year and are looking for a 1st line / 2nd line technical support engineer to work with a range of customers on hosted desktop and cloud solutions.
You will be supporting hosted infrastructure and client equipment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a passion for learning and have experience/ knowledge of:
* Windows Operating Systems
* Windows Server
* VMWare
It would also be a bonus to have experience or knowledge of:
* PowerShell
* Active Directory
* Group Policies
* Firewall Configuration
* Cisco Routing & Switching
* General troubleshooting
A 'can do' attitude is a must and the successful 1st/ 2nd line line technical support engineer will have the opportunity to fast track their career both in terms of knowledge and responsibilities. This rapidly expanding business will present opportunities for both more senior technical and/or management opportunities in the future.
A full driving license is required for this role with some work being conducted on client sites (non drivers may be considered if close to obtaining license).
