A North West based Managed Service Provider are recruiting for a new 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, to join their busy team based near Blackburn in Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy & successful team of talented engineers, where there is structured training & development, performance related incentives and a fun, hardworking culture.

The role is for a 2nd line engineer, with good communication skills, to work to tight SLA’s, managing third party issues across numerous technologies. You will need to have a good telephone / email manner and be able to keep a calm head under pressure. You will get the opportunity to work with new & emerging technologies, along with the opportunity to develop your skills to achieve 3rd line and beyond.

                     Windows 7/10

                     Disaster Recovery

Desirable Skills:

                     ConnectWise

                     Labtech/Automate

                     Fortigate

                     Previously working for a MSP

Office hours are 08.00 to 18.00, although there is a staggered shift pattern to include, 08.00-16:30, 09.00-17:30 and 09:30-18.00.
