Market Research Manager / Senior Research Executive - Newbury £27k - £37k + benefits

Research Manager / Senior Research Executive / Client Insight / Project Manager role in Market Research technology sector company

The Role

As a Research Manager / Senior Research Executive, you will be on the front line of customer service providing expert advice, delivering bespoke / relevant research content and strengthening the relationship between the company and your clients. Responsibilities include:

* working with sales / research / PM teams to identify and respond to client needs

* designing questionnaires / producing pilot reports / delivering data discussions and presentations

* ensuring delivery of accurate and cost-effective research / fieldwork / data analysis

* converting data to insight and presenting findings back to clients

* attending pre- / post-fieldwork meetings with all stakeholders

* supporting sales team to win new business / preparing business proposals

* building / maintaining strong client relationships

The Person

As a Research Manager / Client Insight Manager, you will ideally have some previous research / data-mining / data analysis experience with strong client facing communication skills including:

* experience in commissioning / analysing / presenting market research & data

* excellent time, business and project management skills

* an ability to multi-task and manage different project stakeholders

* strong collaborative, verbal, written and presentational skills
