My client, a commercial organisation, based in Melbourne are looking for a Project Co-ordinator for an initial period of 6 months.
Your role will be to working across one or two projects, with one or 2 PM's to help the PM's do their day to day tasks. More specifically:
* Reporting and governance of projects
* Making sure the PM 's are financially accountable for their budgets and projects (standard status, risk issues, standard pm financial control)
* Need to understand reporting in SAP, understanding of PO's, how to access balances and WBS (work break-down structure)
* Excel proficiency (maintain advanced spreadsheets).
If you have PM skills from previous work (either previous PM work, or exposure across PM work as a coordinator) is beneficial.
