Head of IT Operations - West Midlands - £700-850 - 6 Months

Date Centres, Infrastructure, Network, Application Support, Service Desk & management

Working for a leading client based in South Birmingham, West Midlands, we are currently seeking a highly experienced Head Of IT Operations. You will have overall responsibility for the whole of Information Systems Covering Date Centres, Infrastructure, Network, Application Support, Service Desk & Management including ITIL Processes. You will take accountability for driving improvements in the delivery of IT Operations including, supplier contract negotiations and management of said 3rd party suppliers, resources, and the administration of multimillion £ contracts.

We are looking for an experienced Head Of operations used to managing complex teams of between 50-100 reports. Extensive Stakeholder engagement skills are required as this is an evolving company still undertaking a huge amount of change.
