Cloud Domain Architect to be based in London on an initial 2 Month contract. Experienced Domain Architect through knowledge and expertise of AWS and Azure services, including serverless functions, micro-services and multi-cloud management.

Duration - 2 Months

Role Purpose

The role is to explore, investigate, test, prototype and showcase new and emerging technologies, particularly in the cloud native space. Cloud architecture /cloud engineering is a central part of how this role will add value, through knowledge and expertise of AWS and Azure services, including serverless functions, micro-services and multi-cloud management.

The innovation team, which this role is part of, has a specific mandate for the Client account to support both sustainable and disruptive innovation, through rapid experimentation, prototyping and proving (or disproving) of value, enabling exploitation of new services.

Key Accountabilities

* Leads and coaches members of the innovation team in the exploration and proving of innovation ideas

* Solve business challenges by leverage knowledge and expertise in cloud native techniques and technologies

* Support client idea exploration by informing and educating about the value of emerging technologies

* Proactively searching for and identifying candidates for emerging technology investigation

Key Performance Indicators

* Develop and explore new innovation ideas quickly and effectively, through the system of innovation that the team operate

- Create proposals for prototypes that test material value

- Develop and support prototype testing

- Identify and investigate emerging technology, with key learnings and insights shared
