I am currently seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager (Business or IT) who has excellent relationship management skills and experience engaging with vendors, suppliers and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

                               Fully understand all relevant Product Team controlled IT products and services delivered into Markerstudy Group and comprehensive understanding the suppliers.

                               Manage the activities related to supplier relationships including product and service performance. Where applicable, manage the contract commercial terms and conditions. Perform this function related to any Product Team controlled information systems, external software houses, externally sourced enrichment service or 3rd party services.

                               Monitor and report on supplier performance in the areas that include quality, capacities, systems and responsiveness.

                               Assist subject matter experts and IT / Group procurement with supplier evaluation and selection criteria, procedures, and best practice tools and templates.

                               Provide financial information for the annual budget; identifying cost reductions.

Key skills and knowledge

                               Proven track record of account management or relationship management.

                               Experience of working within a technical diverse department, engaging with all levels of business.

                               Ability to diffuse arguments and articulate a way forward when there is a disagreement.

                               Pro-active thinker and a creative self-starter.

                               Problem solver and solutions driven.

                               ITIL Supplier management qualification would be an advantage
