An opportunity has arisen to work for a Fortune Global 500 organisation who provide integrated and intelligent information for businesses and professionals. Within their Financial and Risk business they are looking for a Software Architect to join their Technology hub you'll be delivering solutions to enable their customers to protect their brand and make smarter decisions.
As a Software Architect you will be passionate and enthusiastic to join their empowered agile team working on their portfolio products.
You will provide oversight to product owners, business analysts, managers and developers building solutions to address the customer needs.
Demonstrate a passion for solutions and a willingness to lead others through the full lifecycle of delivery from discovery to optimisation, promoting architecture goals
Through agile retrospectives and reviews, you'll inspect, adapt and find innovative ways to make your team work effectively.
Essential Skills
* Managed and delivered a large project (2 medium sized projects) in an agile environment
* Developed software with differing architecture or methodology for cloud and/or on premises
* Ability to collaborate in a highly dynamic agile team environment
* Strong issue resolution and conflict resolution skills
* Development background (Java/Javascript)
* Understanding of full development lifecycle
Desirable Skills
Development background in Javascript
Cloud Experience
Financial Services or FS Product
