Dorking, Surrey - Travel across UK

£31,000 - £34,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Pension + Package

Excellent opportunity to join an expanding, industry leader where you will play a vital role in the running of their UK service Operations.

Do you have experience of coordinating or supporting the management of a busy service department? Are you happy to travel across the UK to service depots?

Established for over 100 years, this company design, manufacture, supply and service specialist vehicles for clients in the UK and all over the world. They've grown consistently over the last several years and as a result of this expansion currently require a Service Support Manager to ensure they continue providing an exceptional service to their customers.

You will support the UK Service Operation to ensure all UK service depots run as effectively as possible. This will involve visiting service depots, ensuring mobile engineers and systems are all working cohesively and working closely with regional teams. You will be based out of their main site in Dorking but will travel to depots and customer sites throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating or supporting a service network within the automotive sector. You will be highly organised, proactive and a strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple functions effectively.

The Role:

*Supporting the UK Service Operation

*Ensuring Engineers, systems, reporting are effective

*Ensuring highest standards of work and customer service

*Dorking site with UK Wide travel to depots/customer sites

The Person:

*Experience coordinating/running/managing a service function

*Experience in a customer focused role

*Mechanical/Technical background

*Willing to travel UK wide

*Automotive background highly desirable
