Spring Technology are currently recruiting for a talented SQL DBA with experience in both using Oracle Databases and SQL Server. The role is based in a commutable area of Birmingham, and is also offering a salary of £40 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.

You will be tasked in this opportunity to work on the administration and development of a complex SQL Server database environment. Whilst also exercising skills using Oracle Databases as appropriate.

Requirements:

* Experience in using at lease SQL Server 2014 (oldest SQL version); being able to backup and recover data; whilst also being able to perform performance tuning; and utilise T-SQL and stored procedures

* The ability to use SQL Server 2016 for replication and clustering

* Oracle database exposure/ experience

* Expertise using SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
