We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role Solution Architect.

In this role, you will:

* Defining the right solution architectures for first directs change initiatives

* Assure that solutions are fit for purpose, cost effective, and align with bank standards

* Gain formal approval for solutions through the appropriate governance, document the architecture, associated risks and technical debt as necessary

* Effectively communicate the solution architectures to business and technology colleagues responsible for materialising the design

* Work with Enterprise Architecture colleagues to create and update standards in support to Solution Architecture demand

* Maintaining the integrity of Enterprise Architecture information and roadmaps

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

* Proven experience as a solution architect or similar role

* The ability to communicate with a wide range of IT specialists, suppliers and business stakeholders

* The capability to drive, govern and support establishing architecture functions

* An understanding of architecture and IT governance frameworks
