Product Manager- Hertfordshire- up to £65,000

We are currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join this leading international organisation. Currently going through significant change, especially in the Product function, this role will be part of a new Product team dedicated to providing customers with a better experience.

The role will suit someone data focused, creative and someone that can understand the bigger picture required to deliver products that can provide real change.

Key Responsibilities of Product Manager:

* Work with senior stakeholders and analyse customer data to form effective product roadmaps and plans

* Manage a mix of new product delivery from R&D stage as well as the iteration of legacy systems.

* Identify process that could be improved and be creative in coming up with new ideas for products.

* Provide mentorship and guidance to other Product Managers

* Work closely with engineers to create effective product delivery

* Collaborate closely with other teams and ensure that Product vision is shared across the team.

Skill set required for the Product Manager:

* Experience working with the delivery of digital products in large scale organisations

* Experience in managing back end side of Products and helping with the development of new features or Product.

* In depth understanding of SDLC.

* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

* A background in retail or Data-heavy products would be highly advantageous

* Strong stakeholder manager skills, able to elicit requirements from different sources and create a cohesive product plan

* Customer-Centric and always thinking about how product releases can benefit the end-user.

The Product Manager role is based in Hertfordshire near Welwyn Garden City

The Product Manager role will pay in the region of £45,000-£65,000 depending on experience.
