Lead Architect / Project Architect£38,500 - £46,000 plus benefitsA nationally recognized multidiscipline consultancy based in Cambridge are on the lookout for a Project Architect to work on some ground breaking upcoming projects.This organization specialists in a wide range of different sectors including residential, commercial, education, leisure and healthcare. Experience in all these fields are not a requirement but would be an advantage.A successful candidate would be happy and confident to turn their hand to a variety of different types of projects and sizes.Ideally, you will have experience in the following areas:- Worked across the RIBA stages, with most being from Stage 4 onwards.- Including showing detailing and technical ability.- Proficiency in a wide range of design software (Revit not necessary but would be an advantage).- Experience in CAD/ BIM in a recognised industry standard format, including 3D graphics and presentation in the relevant basic software.- Revit would be a bonus- Experience in a minimum of one following sectors: Leisure, Education, or University Lab.- Have a proven track record leading teams and projects from start to finish.The candidate would need to be able to think innovatively and creatively in order to create ground breaking results for the projects.
