Salesforce Functional Business Analyst

6 Month Contract

London, Day Rate Negotiable

Global Salesforce End-User looking for a Functional Business Analyst to be responsible for driving the Salesforce roadmap across the UK & Europe working in partnership with America.

They are looking for someone who has experience working in a Consultancy and you must have demonstrable background translating business requirements to solution designs through to Salesforce project delivery/ implementations.

Essential experience:

* Salesforce Certified ADM 201

* Requirement gathering & documentation

* Functional design

* Salesforce Solution design

* Salesforce Configuration & UAT

Desirable:

* Platform App Developer Certification

Initial project:

* Working with the customer care division where they are launching a new product and features

This role will require travel 1 in 6 to Europe and half yearly to America to drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
