IT Business Analyst / Project Manager

Our client is currently looking for a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager consultant for an infrastructure project centered around GDPR and IAM. Our client is part of a global banking group.

Tasks

* Conceptualize solution for the areas data backup, file storage & services, email communication services, and Sharepoint

* Work alongside SMEs in order to ensure successful implementation

* Analysis of existing file services at the client organization and define new user access control concept

* Define and implement new data structure

* Co-ordinate with data owners and migrate data to the new environment

* Description and implementation of new role concept for identity and access management tool

* Analysis of client email environment

* Define and implement a new user access control concept

* Identify and coordinate with mailbox owners required mailboxes

Requirements

* Experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, ideally in Private Banking or Wealth Management

* Understanding of GDPR regulatory framework and what this means for unstructured data

* Understanding of identity and access management solutions (IAM)

* "Doer" mentality and ability to drive projects forward

* Experience in communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

* Excellent English and German

* Analytical & structured approach
