Database Manager (Home based)

A brand new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen for a talented Database Manager with brilliant knowledge on any fundraising CRM to join a leading charity, based in Sussex (95% of your time will be home based). The Database Manager can work in the office if chosen but this role can be done remotely 100% of the time. You will be managing a small team of database offices that look after selections, importing and analysis. The Database Manager will be responsible for the development of the data strategy, progressing the data further. Managing all database projects and ultimately revolutionize the way they use data.

As the Database Manager you will need strong skills in a fundraising CRM where you will be the data representor of the charity, working with various stakeholders. As the Database Manager you will also be responsible for developing the entire data strategy for the charity.

Skills required for the Database Manager (Home based) are:

- Strong knowledge in a fundraising CRM

- Experience in managing a small team

- Experience in building data strategies

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business

This is a great chance for someone to really change a data environment within a charity whilst having the flexibility of working from home. This is a 100% remote working role although if you would like to work in the office that is also fine.

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

Location: Remote working or Sussex
