Service Desk Analyst
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a dynamic and friendly team based in Slough. You will be working for a managed service provider, specialising in delivering innovative Microsoft technology solutions, such as Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to help businesses on their journey to digital transformation.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding all 1st and/or 2nd line issues with internal and external users, you will be providing first class customer service and escalating issues where appropriate.
Key skills needed for the Service Desk Analyst:
* Proven background within 2nd/3rd line technical support, preferably in an MSP.
* Commercial experience supporting Office 365
* Good understanding of Windows operating systems
* A passion for technology, with a keenness to learn new skills and progress your career
* Excellent communicational skills

Service Desk Analyst - 2nd line, Office 365, Microsoft, SharePoint, MS Dynamics
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
