I am working with one of the most cutting-edge Independant Software Vendors in the UK who're working with clients such as Google, Amazon and Vodaphone. In London, this businesses IT development team are based out of the city and have recently moved to central offices close to Kings Cross train station meaning it is very accessible for employees commuting. Your role as a lead developer would be to work closely with the senior developers to maintain standards and push the innovation within projects, as well as mentor a guide junior members of the team.

Job requirements:

* Work with an agile team of software engineers delivering high quality software.

* Work with the Lead Software Engineer, UX designer, Product Managers and Architects toprovide high-quality solutions to deadlines

* Work with the design team to ensure/correct for feasibility of their designs

* Develop compelling new user facing features ensuring consistency and performance

* Build reusable libraries for use

* Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that the software is subject to full automation testing, can be performance tested, and meets quality requirements.

* Work with the Engineering Department's processes and tools ensuring best practices are adhered to on every project.
