Role Description:

NEM Performance test lead role reporting to NFT manager

Role Responsibilities:

Measuring, analysing and optimising the performance of a complex BPM middleware solution

Define, develop and execute performance/load tests

Have the ability to critically analyse complex performance test results

Work closely with the performance engineering team to define a strategy and approach for performance testing

Operate effectively within a mixed vendor team of geographically dispersed experts (e.g. DBAs, developers, application experts)

Be able to carry out basic performance workload and system modelling

Build relationships with senior stakeholders

Independently manage a geographically distributed test team including estimation, planning, execution and reporting

Drive Innovation

Implement Lessons learned and focus on continuous process improvements
