Senior FPGA Engineer (Image/Video Processing)Location: LondonSalary: Up to £75,000 + benefitsMy client in Central London are looking to bring in 2 FPGA Engineers to assist in the design and development of next generation video processing solutions that are used all over the globe in a wide variety of industries including broadcasting, medical imaging, defence and aerospace to name a few.The successful FPGA Engineers will report directly in to the Engineering Manager, working on high speed digital designs to enhance the development of 4K and HD video processing, and will need to be passionate, enthusiastic, and up for a challenge with a can do attitude!They are interested in hearing from candidates who possess:FPGA Engineer Essential skills:

'€¢Electronics Engineering Degree or related (e.g. Computer Science)'€¢Experience creating test benches to verify RTL functionality'€¢Good understanding of Xilinx and Altera workflow'€¢At least 3 years' experience of FPGA development in Verilog or VHDL

FPGA Engineer Desirable skills:

'€¢Experience of design simulation in Modelsim/Questa'€¢Previous experience in video/image processing a huge advantage'€¢Understanding of C++ to support verification activities
