ASSURANCE MANAGER

PERMANENT

MULTIPLE LOCATION OPTIONS - FARNBOROUGH, BRISTOL, SALISBURY, PORTSMOUTH, WORCESTER

£45,000 - £50,000 + BENEFITS

The Job

You will drive corporate functional good practice in line with industry standards, and assure

application of relevant processes in the business.

As the Assurance Manager you will develop collaborative working relationships internally and with relevant professional bodies to continuously improve the effectiveness

and efficiency of delivery

Leading the maturity assessment against an approved industry standard,

report status and recommend improvement activities to the Group Head.

Conducting second line reviews of delivery performance to celebrate success, drive improvements and ensure corporate compliance will be a key part of your role

The Fit

You must have worked in an Assurance/Auditing/Quality position previously within a highly regulated industry such as Defence, Pharmaceutical, Medical devices, Automotive etc

A demonstrable understanding of Project/Programme delivery is also key

You must have excellent behavioural skills including communication and the ability to work collaboratively
