Programme Manager (Agile)

A new Programme Manager opportunity has arisen, to join an industry leading software company who are growing rapidly. With an international customer base, this role will require the Programme Manager to take ownership of the delivery of numerous critical business projects for UK, Europe and USA based clients, with a large focus being on project delivery in a customer facing role, whilst managing the division as a whole.

We operate an Agile / Scrum environment, therefore the Programme Manager must come from a strong Agile background, ideally with a Scrum Master certification.

Skills and experience required for the Programme Manager:

* Experienced in programme management; managing a range of projects simultaneously across the full SDLC

* Technical project delivery experience; working with business critical software and familiar with IT infrastructure terminology, best practice and standards

* Strong Agile delivery experience; preferably Scrum Master certified

* Passionate about driving continuous improvement across a business, whilst motivating and coaching internal teams

* Cross-functional working within an Agile environment

* Full UK driving licence; flexible to commute to other client sites on occasion
