A key client of our have come in looking for a Regeneration Manager

Ideally looking for someone who can lead their Regeneration Team to develop, plan and deliver major programmes of work that ensure the clients homes are attractive and enjoyable to live in.

You'll need to demonstrate good leadership and motivational skills, as you will manage a team of around 15 people.

**You should have experience of working at a senior level in a surveying and / or quantity surveying role as well as in-depth knowledge of asset management**
