Project Manager

Project Manager | Central London | Leading Consultancy

I am looking for a Project Manager with construction site experience. This Project Manager position will be based in Central London and will focus on delivering construction services from a consultancy-based environment whilst continuing to provide clients with professional services.

The successful Project Manager will manage key client projects for schemes in the UK and abroad. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the required scope.

The Project Manager will facilitate the delivery of construction services via individual projects or roll out / multi-site programmes. Construction experience in commercial fit out projects would be ideal but not essential.

Requirements for this Project Manager position:

* Proven working experience in construction and project management.

* Good writing and speaking skills are needed when communicating with employees, writing proposals, subcontractors, procuring materials and dealing with clients.

* Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience in related area.

* Good at planning for large-scale, multi-step fit- out projects.

* Construction experience in commercial fit out projects would be ideal but not essential.

* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

* Must know construction methodologies, read blueprints and understand other technical aspects of construction.

Remuneration for this Project Manager position:

* £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

* Travel allowance.
