Actuarial Assistant Manager

Bristol

£45000 - £55000 per annum

The role can be based in either the South West or Reading.

Im recruiting for a team of talented, specialist corporate pensions advisers in Bristol which is seeking to appoint a part or nearly qualified pensions actuary with 3 to 6 years experience at Assistant Manager level.

There are some incredibly exciting projects ongoing currently in this team and your work may entail de-risking e.g. buy-outs and buy-ins, liability management exercises, assisting multiple PIE exercises for FTSE 100s, feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions, scheme design, working with bulk annuity providers and business development opportunities.

You will have:

* between 3 to 6 years relevant pensions actuarial experience in consultancy

* the ability to lead and coach more junior staff

* strong exam progress ideally approaching qualification
