Senior Business Analyst - London Market Experience

Business Analysts are responsible for the capture of business requirements and the delivery of analysis to inform decisions for change. Analysis spans people, process and technology.

Principal Accountabilities:

Build meaningful and sustainable relationships with internal and external teams throughout the lifecycle of a project

Understand and document proposals for change. Articulate the idea, business drivers, benefits and desired outcomes working closely with the originator of the proposal

Elicit, catalogue and prioritise business requirements with full traceability back to the business process

Own the delivery of analysis for any assigned project, providing a high quality service to the Project Manager and business stakeholders

Identify stakeholders impacted by change to ensure business expectations are managed through timely communications and user readiness for change is fully understood

Liaise closely with Business Systems Analysts and Architects to assess solution options against business requirements to ensure the needs of the business are met. Maintain solution integrity throughout the project life cycle

Technical Capabilities:

Demonstrable experience of business analysis across a wide range of projects that are of varying degrees of complexity

Proven communication, analytical techniques and problem solving skills

Strong knowledge and experience of one or more London Market insurance operations
