Delivery Project Manager

We have an opportunity for a Delivery Project Manager to join Experis on a permanent basis. We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis and work on an exciting new project for one of our clients.

The Role

Our Client are currently undertaking a significant business and technology change programme to transform their 1-2-1 Customer Communications (Marketing) capability. The Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing cross-functional teams across business and technology to meet the desired programme objectives and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Mobilisation and management of the Project Management function.

* Developing in-depth understanding of programme scope and establishing strong relationships across a range of stakeholder groups (business and technology).

* Establishing new ways of working for a range of teams and being the central focal point for senior stakeholders.

* Manage the governance and processes for planning, demand management, change requests and resourcing for the project.

* Manage the project budget and resources to deliver against project objectives.

* Development and management of the e2e delivery plan.

* Management of programme RAID.

* Facilitate and input into Steering Committee and Executive Steering Groups.

* Ensuring inputs from Marketing meet standards for delivery execution.

* Manage and chair the change board.

* Build out of key requirements, planning and tracking documentation.

* Establish and standardise new tools and processes e.g. briefing tools.

Candidate Specification

* Ex-Management Consulting experience is desired.

* PM Certification PRINCE2, PMP is essential. Agile (Scrum) is desired, not essential.

* Experience of working in Marketing Campaign or Creative domain knowledge is desired, but not essential.

* Experience of working in collaborative technical team environments.

* Excellent communicator, has the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and has a high attention to detail.
