Business Analyst - Financial Services

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our financial services clients on a fixed term contract basis for one year.

This main duties of the role will be:

* Identify and analyse core business processes and workflow

* Organise and facilitate workshops with subject matter experts and capture/document results

* Analyse and identify issues and risks associated with proposed processes

* Document processes and workflows and work with business management to obtain signoff

Key skills required:

* Vast experience in process analysis and design, facilitating workshops, writing detailed process documentation and flowcharts

* Proven understanding of and experience with IT and project methodologies, processes and practices, including process design and analysis, process re-engineering, acceptance testing, training, productivity improvement methodologies and functional systems analysis and design.

* Experience in business justification, selection and implementation of process management platforms.

* Experience defining and implementing process governance, audit and continuous improvement frameworks.

* Financial services experience and in particular pensions experience
