Business Analyst - Higher Education - London

6 month contract

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a London-based institution who are undergoing a university-wide transformation programme with a focus on student satisfaction and retention.

Who?

Based in London, you will be working for a leading university who are looking to be at the forefront of digital transformation and student satisfaction through a wide portfolio of business change programmes.

What?

* Create business cases for updated curriculum management and student relationship management.

* Develop business requirements for personalised and streamlined student web-based environments

* Improve student recruitment, satisfaction, and retention through customised and coherent solutions.

You?

* Background in Higher Education

* Fundamental understanding of complex business change processes.

* Understanding of student life-cycle and journey
