Role: Business Transformation Analyst
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months + extensions
Location: Cardiff
Job Description:
Portfolio Governance and Progress Reporting 50%
* To proactively understand, own and develop appropriate management reports for the Business Transformation team and Project Owners.
* To maintain and improve the above reports and identify gaps and needs.
* To provide analytics and associated accurate reporting for the stakeholders ensuring timely, clear and accurate representation of associated data
Business Transformation Support 30%
* To promote the One Business Change and Upstream processes, ensuring all artefacts are delivered on time and quality.
* To ensure Product Owner delivery material is stored securely in the agreed repository.
* To support all audit related activity in relation to the change portfolio.
Resource Planning 10%
* To maintain tracking of the resource demands and availability.
Budget/Cost control 10%
* Administration of approved Budget, Cost and benefit reporting, including reconciliation with the Finance team.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
* Intellectual competencies - intelligence, analysis skills, pragmatism, senior stakeholder management, detail orientated.
* Personal competencies - integrity, organisation/planning, excellence, self-motivated, flexible, self-starter.
* IT Skills - excellent Microsoft Office skills, ability to create and manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets,
* Interpersonal competencies - listening, team player, effective written and oral communication.
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
* Finance - Understanding of Financial management
* Change Management - Understanding of Agile change methodology.
